At Be Heard™, apart
from our growing range of specialised services, we offer two
distinct packages namely the Tusker and the
Ivory packages.
The Tusker package has been
designed for large and diverse organisations and the details
are as follows:

This package includes the full functionality as set
out in “How Be Heard™
Works” |

The package includes a once-off set-up fee and a monthly
subscription starting at R2 500 and R4 000 (excluding
VAT) respectively depending on the size, complexity and
risk profile of the organisation. |
The Ivory package has been tailored for “smaller”
organisations who are committed to good corporate governance
and wish to introduce a professionally managed hotline disclosure
service, can’t justify the costs of our TUSKER offering.

All Ivory package subscribers share
one ShareCall number – 0860-822-822. |

In addition stakeholders can make disclosures via the
template on the website – www.beheard.co.za
and use the Freepost address. |

All reports are sent to clients by PDF via e-mail. |

10 generic A3 full-colour posters and a PowerPoint presentation
are provided to subscribers at no charge. |
In both cases subscribers are required to sign an agreement
for at least one year and all payments are required to be
made by EFT on the first day of each month in advance.
