Be Heard™ is a division of Quiver Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd (QMS), a privately owned company which is completely independent of any auditing or legal firms.

Be Heard™ is managed by Brian Adams (the CE) who was the founder and previously the CEO of Tip-offs Anonymous, Linda Harris (a director who started Tip-offs Anonymous with Brian in 1999 and now manages the Be Heard™ contact centre) and Nicola Adams (a director who is responsible for a wide range of functions with the company).

Since March 2010 Antonio Pooe (The MD of Exactech) became a shareholder in the company and he is an Executive Director of QMS. Through this symbiotic relationship we are able to offer a range of additional and complimentary solutions in the forensic environment.

Brian and his team bring with them more than 10 years experience in managing specialised contact centres but more importantly offer a number of creative new innovations which are becoming the new benchmarks in the industry.

The flagship of Be Heard™ is the innovative disclosure service which counts corporates, government departments, parastatals and NGOs among its clients and includes specialised services such as SCHOOLSLINE , 0800-WHEELS and STUDENTLINE.

Be Heard™ offers a comprehensive solution using the latest technology where a subscriber’s stakeholders can make disclosures 24 hours a day 7 days a week in most of the eleven official languages entirely confidentially and anonymously (if they wish).

Disclosures can be made by using a Freecall telephone number, a Maxicall fax number, e-mail, SMS, our dedicated Freepost address or by using a template on this interactive and informative website.
